[Vimprobable-users] [PATCH] Command to open inspector

Hi!

I added the command to open the web instector by :inspect so there is no need
to use right mouse click to open it. Maybe this patch make no sense for the
most users, but it introduces no big overhead, so I think it could be useful
for others too.

I think this patch makes a lot of sense. I will merge it into the next
release.
