I was just envisaging a black number on a yellow background: the third colour
(the complete link) seems like overkill to me, but if it is to be retained then
a neutral colour would probably work best.
However, it has been many years since I actively paid attention to WCAG, so I'd
happily defer to people who are knowledgeable in that space.
