Hi,

following an issue report on IRC, I figured it was time for a new 
release, merging some mature patches.

- Opening new windows through Javascript (Hannes Schueller, ticket #6)
- New configuration for setting default window size (Morgan Howe)
- Handling of XEmbed winids given in hexadecimal format (Matto Fransen)

The other open patches will be merged as their issues are worked out  
(meaning: I really need to work on some more).
