This is mainly another bugfix release:

- Fix for ;O und ;T hinting modes (Daniel Carl)
- New hinting modes to open images (;i and ;I) (Daniel Carl)
- Automatic switch back to normal mode from insert mode now occurs when
  loading starts (Hannes Schüller)
- Fix pointer reset after interrupting command history search with ESC
  (Daniel Carl)
- Check both http_proxy and HTTP_PROXY when command is called from
  vimprobablerc (Daniel Carl)
