[Vimprobable-users] [PATCH] Apply some ignored settings

This patch applies the settings urlboxfont[0], urlboxcolor[0] and
urlboxbgcolor[0] from the start.

Currently they are ignored by vimprobable when starting and are only set
when switching between normal/warning/error modes.
