One observation after using them for a while: it seems odd (on a standard qwerty kb) to use the semi-colon to activate these modes, and then to have to shift the same key (to access the colon) to activate quick tabs and the :set options. Obviously, with the current bindings, there would be clashes (the 's', for example), but would it not be simpler to only have the one key to enter command mode?
