Hi,

Is there still a 'drop-in' zip file of this plugin available?  I see
that the source is available through CVS so if there is not a
pre-compiled version... can I get some basic instructions on how to
compile and install this plugin.

I just put release 0.0.1 on sourceforge. See "files" section.
