Can you install other plugins via an update site (perhaps a network problem) What OS, Java, Eclipse version do you use? Did you try to clean up rests from old installation attempts? What does the plugin-registry say? (Window>Show View>Runtime PDE>Plugin Registry) OK, could someone but me please confirm whether the update site is working?
