There is a generated index.html in that directory. Perhaps your eclipse
tries to read that instead of site.xml. Try
http://vimplugin.sf.net/update/site.xml as update URL. If I remember the
eclipse documentation correctly, that should work too.

Can anyone else confirm that problem?
