I dont have to much experience in IRC, especially using bots and the
like (i guess one needs that). If you want you can set a channel up on
freenode (#vimplugin). I will surely join the channel and publish it on
the website.

Their plugin seems to be quite stable. Perhaps we can attract some of
their developers over the time and join forces.

That would be a good place to start :-)

We also have to take care of the bugs posted to the sf-bugtracker.

I have setup most of the things I mentioned in the last mail (forums,
SVN, commits-list, update of the website).
