Hi all

Just did some things on general infrastructure :
  
  * Updated the wiki-engine, 
    (most notably better rss feeds and email subscriptions)
  * More content and structure on the wiki
  * refactored the anonymous listeners out of the lengthy method.
  * prepared http://vimplugin.org/api (not up to date by now...)
    ( so write javadocs! )
