#65 Status update on translations page

Hi,

I'd like to update some stale information on http://www.vim.org/translations.php.

Being the maintainer of the Chinese translation project of vim documentation (vimcdoc.sourceforge.net), I noticed happily that http://www.vim.org/translations.php has an entry of our effort, unfortunately it was out-of-date. 1) One of our mirror sites have been relocated; and
2) We now have a complete translation of user manual as well as reference manual, and it is updated to Vim 7.1.

A snippet of the updated entry may look like this:
