Vim :Help shows the following TOC. I marked 'Chinese'
on those parts that should be translated into
Chinese, and 'Optional' on those parts that are worth
translation if we have rich resources. Under the line
where I marked 'Maximum cut', I just cannot imagine
any team would be able to accomplish that much on
voluntary basis. I absolutely aggree with Lang2 that
we must finish up the User Manual as soon as possible,
so that we can make a release announcement and hear
some feedback from the user community. We'll decide
whether or not continue with parts of Ref manual based
upon the feedback.
