Hi, all With the euc-cn glitch fixed and no other problems known so far, this test release is made as a rc instead of beta. Both tarball and windows installer are available: http://vcd.gro.clinux.org/vimcdoc-0.8.0-rc1.tar.gz http://vcd.gro.clinux.org/vimcdoc-0.8.0-rc1-setup.exe I hope you can test it to make a better 0.8.0. Thanks & Regards, -- Alecs King |

The tarball works OK! The only thing I am not happy with is the effect of help_cn.vim. It works some time but not always. What's more, if I=20 manually *edit* a file, it would work but not through *:help bla*. Any=20 clue? Including YiZhe? Confused. It still doesn't work for me and I am using 6.3-patch71. lang2 |

Hi all, Sorry about my inactiveness. Very hard for me these days to conentrate on vimcdoc. I don't think the situation will change in the comming two month. So I'd like to suggest release 0.8.0 as is now, if wandys is free to take this task. The syntax hilighting problem is half cosmetic and can be fixed in the next release. The only thing to be a bit cautious is to exclude some of the half-baked file (mbyte.txt comes to my mind). wandys, if you can take a quick look at the new files that are added since last release and have yet to be reviewed just to see if they are OK for publication.=20 If there is any small thing that I can help with, please do ask. Apologize again. Looking forward to the new release. lang2 |
