[Vimcdoc-translate] indent.txt 100 finished

Not an easy one. If you guys have time, please do a review. And i just
hope this txt itself can provide more infomation about those indenting
things.

Any corrections/suggustions are more than welcomed (for obvious bugs,
you can directly correct them and commit the changes to our CVS).

As for the Fortran part, i just tried my best to translate it. Hope
Fortran ppl of our team can (have time to) review & refine it.
