I'm happy to announce the availability of our new wiki site:

All files pasted; status updated:

Please do check it out. And if you find anything wrong or needed to get
updated, just edit it _directly_.

You omitted mbyte.txt :)
I have pasted all the untranslated docs;
people who have not these docs can contribute, too.

Some files (option.txt, version4.txt, version6.txt, version4.txt) are so large
that I could not paste them to our Wiki (operation timeout).

I encountered this problem too. Not sure whether that's a limitation of
the wiki or the php itself. (I changed some timeout variables of the
wiki but it did not work. )
