This sentence seem very bizarre. If no good translation can be made,
leave the original text as it is.

I think what is means is that give a vim source distribution and the
CodeWarrior 9 compiler that comes with a Mac computer, no changes are
needed to get Vim compiled under Mac.
Hope I didn't make it more confusing. (ps. I have difficult inputing
Chinese here.)
