[Vimcdoc-translate] new webpage

Hi all,

I've made a draft of our new webpage available online: 
http://vimcdoc.sf.net

This page is generated by a simple python script, which
I will be checking in when it is ready.

I think it looks way better than the old one. Please let
me know what you think. Any comments will be welcomed.

It is still a work in progress. E.g. it can't be valideted
by w3c. And last time I use IE to view it, I got refused. 

Send in your input.
