vimcdoc-translate

[Vimcdoc-translate] windows installer

From INSTALL file i found that the windows installer cant uninstall
vimcdoc _automatically_ rite now.  So isnt it nicer if we add this
funciton?

Well, i for one never use vim on M$ and i know nothing about windows
programming...

hmmmm. It would be indeed. I think I was actually trying to achieve
this in the first place but failed. Anyone familiar with nsis scripts?
If someone can take this over, I will be more than happy. Otherwise
I will spend several hour trying it again over the weekend.....

gui_w16.txt, gui_w32.txt updated.
if_ole.txt, os_dos.txt, os_msdos.txt, os_win32.txt done!

All files concerning M$ have been translated...Humm...maybe...
I hope it could help Chinese people who would like to use Vim under MS
