[Vimcdoc-translate] Reviewed User Manual Part I [Bug fixes]

Hi, all

I just reviewed our translated UM part I (usr_01 -- usr_12). Well, have
to say there have been some visible errors.  Changes committed and VCD's
web pages updated.

Can we just release a 0.3.1 (for those bug fixes) ASAP?

Faster than me! I have only started on 01. Well, maybe I should skip
these.

Maybe too hasty. :)  
I think we could first do a quick review for all of our files. [0.3.x
bug fix releases]
So when we release our 0.4, we can end up with a refined UM. And 0.5 for
a fine tuned release.
