We made it on time. The new release (0.3) have been delivered. 
Currently, the sourceforge file page is the only access point. I
will update the front page later.

Updated the index page. But still i got stuck with the cosoft's
releasing system. Always "Move Failed". Thus i put all the files to:
http://vcd.cosoft.org.cn/download/
