[Vimcdoc-translate] usr_90.txt finished

Hi all,

I've finished usr_90.txt and checked in to CVS. Some care to take a look?

It is very quiet out here but I hope it is not dead. I am still hoping to=
=20
finish these usr_??.txt by June. We are not far, only a few gaps here and
there, anyone want to fill in?

usr_31.txt - Exploring the GUI         not taken ( I thought it was
finished)
usr_40.txt - Make new commands   not taken
usr_42.txt - Make new menus         not taken
usr_43.txt - Using filetypes              not taken ( I will take this
one for the moment)
usr_44.txt - Your own syntax hilighting  taken by wandys (any progress,
wandys?)
usr_45.txt - Select your language    taken by snoopyxp (any progress?)

I will continue taking new ones of course if nobody else want to. But I
do wish you
can help. That would be faster.=20

Come on lads, let's get it finished with.

How shame i am. :(  Have to say little progress.
I've been busy these days and uh...not in a good form.
Apologize for my laziness.

I'd review the usr_90, then finish the usr_44 ASAP and hopefully i
could do more work in the following weeks... (yeah, the deadline is May
31st.).

Anyway, I'm trying to catch up with you.

No worries. I've been lazy, buzy, .... myself. 
But we are not far away. So it shouldn't be too hard.
