I am trying to get another release (0.6.1) out of the door.
As I mentioned b4, this would be our last release for Vim 6.2-.
So from now on, further translation should be for 6.3. The
official release of 6.3 hasn't been made yet. So I guess using
whatever is in 6.3b is fine. If anybody is translating new piece,
please use the new version _and_ make sure the encoding is
*utf-8*. Migration of existing translation should be done as
well but I'd like that to happen after we have everthing in utf-8.
