Hi, all

With the euc-cn glitch fixed and no other problems known so far, this
test release is made as a rc instead of beta.

Both tarball and windows installer are available:

http://vcd.gro.clinux.org/vimcdoc-0.8.0-rc1-setup.exe

I hope you can test it to make a better 0.8.0.
