[Vimcdoc-translate] indent.txt status report

Roughly 70% got done. All committed to the CVS. 

But..some of the terminologies are not so easy to translate.

1) How do you translate 'prevailing indent'?
2) Any one familiar with Fortran? There are two paragraphs describing the
indentation for Fortran. Not quite sure how to translate those
terminologies, ie. free source form, fixed form, etc. Any one would take a
look at it?
