I have tested the script on my Debian(sid) box. I seems that '.cnx' in the 
script should be changed into '.txt' because we only get *.txt files if we do
a 'cvs co doc'. Also, it seems that we should rename the file 'tags' to 
'tags-cn'.

Another problem, should we add 'set helplang=cn' automatically for users?
I think those who would like to install our package are willing to use the
translated documents right after they install them. So why not change .vimrc
file for them? :) (the same thing happens on the windows setup script)
