[Vimcdoc-translate] help needed

All,

I am identifying things that needs to be done for the 
6.2->6.3 transition and there are _loads_. Here is a 
rough list:

  need to include the script itself.
- vcd-setup.nsi                                         TBD
- INSTALL                                                       TBD

Patching (bringing the translated doc to-date) and translate
the 'Last Changed' string is not trivial). I did a diff against 
6.2 and 6.3 docs and there are _certain_ amount of difference.

If any of the above task interest you, please raise your hand
and take it!

Also, I am sure there are things that are not in the list and needs 
to be done as well. Let us know if you can think of any.
