[Vimcdoc-translate] ask about the agenda of theproject

i am a newbie to linux. i join the project recently and am willing to 
contribute to the world of GNU. However, i found myself a little bit buzy 
these days and there may be some time before i get started. I'm wondering 
if there is a scheduled timetable of the proj, or something like that....
And to Simon Liang: as u mentioned in the list:

Do u mean that those have not been translated should be put aside and i 
should wait for the 6.3 version to begin my translation?
