However, there are things that I want to point out.
1. It doesn't seem to me that your changes will fix the problem. Did you
   test it? From what I can see, the usr_05.txt is missing a couple of 
   tags between *<tag_name>*. E.g
*05.1*  The vimrc file                                  *vimrc-intro*
                                                                            -------------

2. There is no need to set the status line to us 'euc-cn' encoding. This 
   will automatically be done when preparing release as 'euc-cn' doesn't
   work for win32.
