[Vimcdoc-translate] RSS works now

Showing empty RSS is a known bug of phpwiki. The workaround is to
disable COMPRESS_OUTPUT.

You can now use your favorite RSS reader to get

1) RecentChanges:
http://vcd.cosoft.org.cn/pwiki/index.php/RecentChanges?format=rss

2) RecentEdits:
http://vcd.cosoft.org.cn/pwiki/index.php/RecentEdits?format=rss

3) PageHistory of a specific page,  i.e.:
http://vcd.cosoft.org.cn/pwiki/index.php/if_perl.txt?action=PageHistory&format=rss
