[Vimcdoc-translate] CVSROOT/syncmail updated

Just found there was an error when syncmail tried to mail notification
messages:

So i grabbed the latest syncmail from:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/cvs-syncmail

Committed it to our CVS. Tested. Worked smoothly without any errors.
