Yes indeed. However, there _are_ some documentations that are 
less important than the other ones and we could probably ignore
them for the time being. I was tempted to make a list of things 
that has priority over others but didn't find time for it. 
Maybe I will do it after the 0.5 release (no that's not the 
next release. By 0.5 I planto have all usr_xx.txt reviewed.)
