Indeed. Actually, the dict.txt is meant to be mutually maintained.=20
I.e anybody whon found new phrased which are not in it can go=20
ahead adding them. We have CVS and the mailinglist. So it is safe
and I do encourage you to do so. I think I did but unfortuately
that didn't happen.
