[Vimcdoc-translate] Is it okay to commit my friend's translation using my id?

One of my friends would like to help me during the doc translation, but he does not know how to use CVS and he has no id on sf.net.

would it be okay for me commit his translation and forward sth useful in the mailing list to him?
