[Vimcdoc-translate] confusion about :hi Ignore cxterfg=color

it is said in guides.txt that we'd better use these settings during translating vim docs:

:hi Ignore guifg=color 
:hi Ignore cxterfg=color 

but the latter one seems erroneous - what does 'cxterfg' stand for?

P.S. i'm using Gvim 6.2 on Windows XP ;-)
