[Vimcdoc-translate] I want to join Vimcdoc Project

Hi, everybody there!

I like vim very much, though I started to use it not long before (changed from Edit+ to vim ;-)

I'd like to make an effort to the exciting project and I'd like to start with ``recover.txt''

BTW,can someone tell me what I should pay special attention to while translating especicially the formating of the translated text)?
