The Makefile works pretty fine for VCD. [ i've written a short script to
do a 'cvs update' & 'make'.]

Cos i aint familiar with aap at all and i cant surf its web site at
present, i'm afraid i couldnt patch the file flawlessly.

Besides, i did take a look at the file 'common.aap'.  My concern is that
the VCD is using the CVS server at SF while its web pages needed to be
updated are hosted at cosoft.  I'm not sure if this brings extra
problems.
