Yes indeed. Sometimes I have to copy the file to an Window box and
use exceed (w RH 7.2) to check them in. And the thing is, if I only 
change the permission, CVS won't check it in.
I will fix them in the future.

And you can make news too. Just _follow_ the format of the 'NEWS' file:
A 'subject' line with time and submitter.
Content
An empty line.

The web page will be generated out of 'NEWS' by a script, which I
should be able to commit today.
