[Vimcdoc-translate] Suggestion about brackets

Hello everyone,

 

I had a view on usr_01.txt today. And I found that brackets are used at
random. Sometime Chinese brackets while English brackets another time. Even
mixed up in one single sentence. I suggest that should we always use
"()",because that Chinese brackets is wasting room and is less nice than
English one.
