[Vimcdoc-translate] Status Report

Hi, all

I've translated about 70% of the file usr_29.txt.  And i think i'm about
to finish it in the next 2 or 3 days.  Also, i've taken the file
usr_44.txt. And web pages updated accordingly.

There are only 5 files within the user manual not yet taken.  I hope we
could finish the user part soon.

Well, it seems that these days are much quieter on our ML and CVS
server. What are you guys busy doing?  Anything interesting? ;-)
