[Vimcdoc-translate] cvs log message

CY,

I've noticed that you checked in some files. Since the
cvs log message said 'comepleted' and they were already
'completed.', I had to go 'cvs diff' them to see the 
changes. Could I ask you in the future to be more explicit
in cvs log messages?
