Hi all, After reviewing and updating 'usr_25.txt', I have a few thoughts that I want to share. 1. I had been less active for a while, thus, leaving the guide.txt and dict.txt outdated. Some of the guidelines we agreed on wasn't reflected in that file. That led to a lot of re-work. (E.g I spend a lot of time changing english ',' into chinese ones.) I apologize for that. 2. Still, not all the rules are followed. So I'd much appreciate it if we all keep an eye on update of the guide.txt (cvs diff guides.txt) and follow/make suggestion to it. 3. I found out that review is rather necessary. We should keep on doing this. It is vital for us to make the translation correct. I'd rather have no translation than have a bad one. I will go through all the usr_*txt myself. If you feel like go 'picky' for a little while, review some of the files. 4. When you finished a file, don't rush to claim it is done. Please read it through at least once to see if there is anything obvious, like missing a line or two, typo, etc. OK. I guess at this stage you all had enough of me bitching. So let me stop here. As always, any comments, discussion more than welcomed. Rgds, lang2 |
