[Vimcdoc-translate] updated documents

Hi all,

Maybe you have noticed already. I've checked in a few
updated documents, incluinding README, INSTALL, etc. I'd
like you to read them, especially guide.txt. Please try
to stick with the rules therein. These rules are agreed 
upon by most of the developers and will make the output
look alike. Of course, there could be something silly in
those documents as well. Please raise your comments for
future improvement.
