[Vimcdoc-translate] translation suggestion

Hi all,

In the Vim documentation there are quite a lot of places 
where capital only phrases are used to indicate a section
title. Of course in Chinese we don't distinguish small and
big characters. So my sugestion is to use a space to 
let the translated text stands out. Like

Zhong Wen Wen Dang

instead of 

ZhongWenWenDang.
