May I suggest the following: 1. Use Chinese punctuation for ',' '.' -- douhao, juhao. 2. Anywhere else, I prefer English. besides, I wouldn't make any mandantory rule. It is all down to the discretion of the translator. As long as it makes sense. I do agree with wandys and Ken in that we should use Chinese as much as we can since we are writing in Chinese and our audience are chinese. Open to discussion.
