[Vimcdoc-translate] html version of documents online

Hi all,

I've made the HTML version of the translated documentations
online. There are some formation problem (I think I must 
have deleted some <TAB>). Time to use the tricks in 
usr_30.txt.

Anyway, check them out and see what you think.
