I just found Chinese quotes shown in files were not so neat or comfortable. And also, a lot of words quoted by single quotes are Vim's option names, which are tags that can be referenced. Bottom Line: Use Chinese ones as possible, except for quotes. (I know it's not that consistent but "It's a good compromise".) 2) About the dict.txt: I'd like to translate 'column' to '列'.
