Shall I suggest you do the following for the mailing list matter:
1. Go to the webpage:
http://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/vimcdoc-translate
2. Input your e-mail address and subscribe to the list (as I don't think
you have succesfully subscribed yet)
3. You will get a confirmation mail. Follow the instrcuction inside.
Hopefully after that you will be sorted.
Do the similiar with the announce mailinglist if you wish. But that is
not as important as this one.

That is actually the admin address, the ml address is
vim...@li...
