[Vimcdoc-announce] 0.1 release

Hi all,

We've reached the 0.1 release. The size of the whole 6.1
documentation .tar.bz2 package is about 80K and we have 
roughly 10K translated. Say we plan to have all the stuff
tranlsated on 1.0 release, so we are at
10K/80K * 1.0 = 0.1 
That simple. ;-)
