#30 Check for "syn foldlevel" impact

Version 8.2.0865 adds a ":syn foldlevel" feature that changes how syntax-based folds are calculated when the foldlevel changes multiple times in one line. Need to check to ensure this does not make a mess of dynamic folding in TOhtml output.
